Great for the person on a budget January 6, 2009 Excellent fit (over the ear), excellent compatibility and excellent sound fidelity: these headphones fit the bill for a person on a budget
Good Headphone; great sound! January 1, 2009 I bought these HD202 for my ipod, as I can't stand those little earplugs. I wanted something that fit over my ears and that had good sound.
These fit the bill.
And the price (less than $30) was perfect.
If you are looking for inexpensive headphones with very good quality sound, these are the headphones for you.
Many people have stated that the headphones are uncomfortable on the head, but they fit me just fine (and I have a 7.5 hat size). I was concerned, but the price was overwhelming the reason I went ahead with the purchase.
So far, I am quite happy.
Sennheiser vs Sony December 25, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought these headphones 1) because they are so highly recommended on this site and are the bestsellers and 2) because my Sony headphones were built so poorly they literally fell apart. Unfortunately I could not find a pair of these for retail sale anywhere so I could try them out first. The sound is terrific. I have no complaints there. The cord is much longer than other brands which is a real plus. These headphones are astoundingly uncomfortable. They don't sit squarely and apply uneven and excessive pressure to my head. The Sony's were much more comfortable.
Great for the price December 24, 2008 These are surprisingly nice headphones for the price. I mean, I'm not really an audiophile so I don't need the best sound quality possible, but these are great for just casual users. The bass is really loud on them, which to me is a good thing, but might not be what some people want. The best part about these, though, is that they're really comfortable. I've used much more expensive headphones in my school library, and I must say that these are way more comfortable. They also come with an audio plug adapter, so don't bother buying one separately if you need it.
Great Value December 23, 2008 These headphones are just as good as the reviews here say they are. For 27 bucks, it's hard to go wrong.
As far as being too small, my hat size is 7 1/8 and these fit just fine.
