4 out of 5 stars Excellent Speakers   January 1, 2009
For the money, These speakers are an awesome value. My use is while I'm at my computer doing business and playing my cd's or listning live to my favorite radio station they deliver. I used a Y splitter to hook up my harman kardon speakers that came with my PC. The sound seems like it is coming from the center of my monitor. I would recommend these speakers to anyone. You can turn them all the way up with no distortion. I really like them. For 26.98 they are a great set of PC speakers. Thats all I have to say about that.

4 out of 5 stars Rich C   December 23, 2008
Shopped around and was mixed on what really to buy, I have had several brands in the past all of which worked well, Wasnt really looking to spend a lot, Once again read the reveiws and these speakers seem to rate well, The the sound is pretty good and the volume is plenty loud for me, The overall quailty seems good.
Overall pleased with them.

1 out of 5 stars not what I expected   December 20, 2008
I'm an audio engineer and I was not very happy with these speakers. I thought they'd be great but they sound like they have built in reverb. Very tinny sounding. Oh well - what can you expect for 30$ these days?

5 out of 5 stars GREAT Sound for a small price!!   December 17, 2008
These speakers sound great for how cheap they are! I just needed a extra set of speakers on my desk at work to play my iPod through. I'm able to just plug these into the headphone jack on the iPod, and play away! There is a little bit of a bass boost, and they really do sound good for the cost! I would recomend to anyone!!

2 out of 5 stars Underwhelming & Returned   December 14, 2008
I was looking for a pair of speakers for use with my laptop. The sound quality wasn't nearly as good as what I expected based upon other reviews here, but what really frustrated me was the loud buzz that emanated from these speakers whenever they were powered on. No matter where I plugged them in or what was plugged into them they buzzed loudly.

I'm wondering if the problem isn't with interference from the integrated power adapter since I've never had this problem with other PC speakers that do have an external wall-wart style adapter.
